You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or work with 'Hermes or DHL Go-Green climate compensated delivery. You can also choose to pick it up - simply select a Hermes or DHL service point near you. Returns are always free, and with DHL Go Green they’re also climate compensated! You have 100 days to return your items by using the label provided and returning your parcel to the same courier that delivered your items. You can also return in store within 30 days of your purchase. Simply visit a store that offers 'Online Return In Store'. You'll find an overview of participating stores and our return policy in our help section.
