You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home or work with PostNord climate compensated delivery. Standard delivery costs 39kr, but is free for orders above 399kr. You can also choose to pick it up - simply select a PostNord or GLS service point. You'll find a complete overview of all our delivery options and fees in our help section. 

Returns are always free, and with PostNord they’re also climate compensated! You have 100 days to return your items by using the label provided and returning your parcel to the same courier that delivered your items. If you need a return label you can easily create one via our return portal. For more information please visit our help center. Returns in store are not possible.
