You can choose to have your parcel delivered to your home with Colissimo climate compensated delivery. Standard delivery costs €5.95, but is free for orders above €60. You can also choose to pick it up - simply select a Relais Colis service point near you. You'll find a complete overview of all our delivery options and fees in our help section. 

Returns are always free, and with Colissimo they’re also climate compensated! You have 100 days to return your items by using the label provided and returning your parcel to the same courier that delivered your items. You can also return in store within 30 days of your purchase. Simply visit a store that offers 'Online Return In Store'.
